This session is really here to help uncover and release the deeper inner subconscious and energetic blocks holding you back from living in alignment with your truest and highest potential in life..

Sooo many of us go through life chasing the next thing, always focusing on the future - that we forget to anchor into the now.. this session really helps us get back in touch with the present moment while also allowing ourselves to dream and take the aligned action towards our souls desires and dreams..

We work on 4 different belief levels.. Beliefs that you have accumulated and taken on as truth from this lifetime, through your ancestors/genetics, past lives and also ones that you carry around that are deeply embedded in your soul as soul lessons needing to be learnt..

By addressing the beliefs on all 4 belief levels, we are clearing the belief from all possible places, spaces and times.. allowing you to wipe the slate clean from that specific challenge and move forward with your new and empowering programming of that belief..

Of course, there are always many layers to healing so it is important to take your time as you navigate through them, however, healing doesnt actually have to be hard or take a long time to shift a belief.. it gets to be quick and easy.. A belief can actually be changed in an instant.. it is just dependent on what your own beliefs say around that.. 😉

Single Sessions go for approximately 60min via Zoom.

Deep Dives approximately 2 hours via Zoom.

8 Week Packages include 4 x fortnightly Zoom sessions as well as BONUS Mon-Fri coaching and support in between sessions via Telegram or Instagram chat x
